乔·阿卡巴从教师转到了宇航员

It’s #TeacherAppreciationWeek and teachers and space travel go hand-in-hand.

Teacher-turned-astronaut Joe Acaba taught one year of high school science at Melbourne High School, Florida, and four years of middle school math and science at Dunnellon Middle School, Florida.

As an astronaut, Acaba has logged a total of 306 days in space on three flights, first as a mission specialist on the Space Shuttle Discovery STS-119 mission and twice aboard the International Space Station.

曾当过教师的宇航员乔·阿卡巴(Joe Acaba)在佛罗里达州墨尔本高中(Melbourne high school)教了一年高中科学，在佛罗里达州邓尼伦中学(Dunnellon middle school)教了四年初中数学和科学。

作为一名宇航员，阿卡巴已经进行了3次太空飞行，总共306天，第一次是作为发现号航天飞机STS-119任务的任务专家，第二次是在国际空间站。
